01The problemWhere sales and profit slip away

Disconnected data.
Lost sales and profit.

Disconnected reports make it hard to spot missed sales, catch margin leakage
and decide what to act on this week.

01

Sales signals stay disconnected

Sales, ad performance and inventory sit in separate reports. Teams miss growth opportunities—and stockouts on the right channel leave demand unmet.

02

The true cost of growth stays hidden

Ad spend, discounts, fees and returns aren’t connected to SKU and channel revenue. Sales rise while margin leakage goes unnoticed.

03

The goal-to-action gap

Commerce goals don’t become weekly action plans across channels and SKUs. Teams piece together reports, and human guesswork determines what happens next.

Most brands don't have a data problem. They have a decision problem—the same numbers, argued about every week.

Stelloid AI turns that weekly argument into one focused plan: unified SKU × channel economics and clear data-driven actions.

THE STELLOID OPERATING PRINCIPLE
04Who it's forDTC · marketplaces · multi-channel

Built for the team making weekly commerce decisions.

For consumer brands that need a clearer way to decide what to push, price, bundle, replenish, list or pause.

Founders & commerce heads

Own the revenue or margin target and need a clear weekly path toward it.

Ecommerce & marketplace managers

Decide SKU-by-channel priorities every week across the webshop and marketplaces.

Growth & performance teams

Allocate ad spend and need CAC, inventory cover and margin in the same view.

Finance & ops

Need contribution margin, fees, returns and inventory visibility they can trust.

05Data & trustminimum data · no write access
BUILT-IN BOUNDARIES

Your team stays in control.

01

Read-only by default

Stelloid AI proposes actions. It does not change prices, campaigns, listings or inventory on its own.

02

No customer PII required

Recommendations use SKU, channel, cost and performance data—not customer names, emails or payment details.

03

Explainable AI recommendations

Every action shows its evidence, expected impact, confidence and stop condition before your team decides.

06FAQaccess · data · security

Questions teams ask before a pilot.

If something isn't covered, email us—we'd rather answer directly than have you guess.

Pilots can start from exports across commerce, marketplace, advertising, analytics, inventory and finance systems. Connectors are added deliberately; each integration’s requested fields and access level are documented before activation.

No. Stelloid is read-only by default. Recommendations are proposals that a person on your team approves, applies or defers.

SKU-level sales, orders, discounts, returns, advertising performance, inventory, costs and the operating guardrails your team already uses. Customer PII is not required.

Stelloid evaluates the gap to the revenue or profit goal over its timeframe, ranks SKU × channel opportunities, and shows each move’s evidence, expected impact, confidence and stop condition.

Stelloid aligns net revenue with product cost, marketplace or payment fees, fulfilment, shipping, returns and other agreed cost inputs. The same definitions are used across the brand, channel, SKU and SKU × channel views.

Approved actions enter a before-and-after measurement loop. Stelloid compares the observed outcome with the expected range and uses the learning in subsequent weekly plans.

Access is kept to the minimum required for the pilot, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your team can request an export or deletion of pilot data at any time.

We align metric definitions, import a limited set of channel exports, choose one business goal and timeframe, and review a focused AI action plan with your team each week. No automated write access is needed.
