Integration Register

This register explains the information Stelloid may access from each supported integration and why it is needed. Stelloid processes only integrations selected and authorized by the customer. Actual access depends on the scopes approved during connection and the features enabled for the customer.
Current status
Stelloid is pre-launch and no automated connector is live today. No third-party platform account is currently connected to Stelloid, and no connector is processing Customer Data. During evaluations and pilots, brands share channel exports and reports with us directly. This register describes the data each connector will request when it is built and enabled, so the scope is disclosed in advance.
Current operating model
Stelloid is designed to use read-only data for dashboards, reconciliation, forecasts and recommendations. It does not automatically change external prices, listings, inventory or advertising settings unless a future feature is separately enabled and expressly authorized.

Further connectors under consideration
Beyond the table above, Stelloid may add connectors for other marketplaces, webshops and commerce services — including European marketplaces such as bol, OTTO, Wayfair and ManoMano, webshop platforms such as WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce, and other advertising and marketing tools such as TikTok Ads and Klaviyo. Before enabling a new connector, Stelloid will review the applicable developer terms, data restrictions, security requirements, authorized scopes, retention rules and customer-consent flow.
If a new connector uses the same disclosed data categories for the same read-only dashboard and recommendation purposes, Stelloid may add it to this register without materially rewriting the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. If it introduces new personal data, write access, automated actions, new purposes, new vendors or new international transfers, Stelloid will update the applicable legal pages and provide any notice or consent required.
Standard connector disclosure
The following template is adapted and displayed before a customer authorizes each connector. The bracketed fields are filled in per platform at the point of authorization:
Connection notice: Stelloid is requesting [READ-ONLY / READ-WRITE] access to [PLATFORM] [DATA CATEGORIES] to provide [PURPOSES]. Stelloid will not [RELEVANT RESTRICTION] through this connection. You can disconnect the integration at any time from Stelloid or the platform's authorization settings.
Filled example (Meta Ads): Stelloid is requesting read-only access to your Meta Ads accounts, campaigns, ad sets, creatives, budgets, spend, clicks, conversions and performance to provide advertising-efficiency analysis and campaign recommendations. Stelloid will not create, edit, pause or spend against your campaigns through this connection. You can disconnect the integration at any time from Stelloid or from your Meta business settings.
Disconnecting an integration
Customers can disconnect a supported integration through Stelloid's Integrations settings and, where available, revoke authorization through the connected platform. Details are provided on our Data Deletion page.
Third-party trademarks
Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listing an integration does not imply endorsement, certification or sponsorship unless Stelloid explicitly states that status after receiving formal authorization.
